With the iconic artists who performed in the past, such as: Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, TLC, Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, and Justin Timberlake, it is understandably hard to make a big impact on an award show that seems to have lost all knowledge of what true talent really is. Performers did not seem to have the amount of talent that performers had years before.
